Terrible service & Lazy manager ruined sons bday

Utter disappointment! <br> <br> A month before my sons birthday I arranged with the manager to have his party, he saved the date and time in his diary. Confirmed everything twice thereafter, the second time was the day before. The manager promised that 4x tables by the play area entrance will be kept open and setup with chef hats , place-mats etc. Upon arrival 15 minutes before the allocated time, the tables were taken by people with no kids and restaurant had more than half the other tables open.... We had to wait until the other patrons were done before been seated. It then took almost 30 minutes for place-mats etc. to be set and they had no stock of the chef's hats as promised. <br> <br> Waiters have no idea what they are doing, besides not knowing the menu they just lack common sense and when they realize they have made a mistake they do puppy dog faces like little children. They were all over the place with no organisation skills as for the manager his just to plain lazy to bother with anything. <br> <br> I have a long list of complaints which i cannot fit into this box, I would love for your head office to know all the issues.
