Terrible Service at Panarottis Ballito

On Sunday 18 September we visited the Panarottis in Ballito. We were served by Sbosh, who when taking our order never wrote anything down.

My husband ordered a coke zero, he first gave him beer when we said that was not ours he gave him the original coke then again we said we ordered coke zero. My husband ordered pasta and added on mushrooms when the pasta came there was no mushrooms. I ordered the chicken stripes and made sure we told him twice we wanted the cheese sauce but we got the sweet chilli sauce.

The service is Ballito is deteriorating and the franchise owners need to relook at the staff they are employing there.
