TERRIBLE SERVICE AT A NEW PANAROTTIS STORE

After we had a family breakfast at Panarottis New Market Mall, we were very disappointed with their service levels - especially for a brand new store that should be making an impact on customers to come back.<br> I sent an email (part of email below) last week to the store and still have not received any feedback!!!!! <br> We came through to Panarottis at New Market Mall on Sunday for breakfast as a family.I would like to bring to your attention the poor service that was received. We waited forever to be served and the waiters were not attentive at all to our needs. We waited forever to receive our food, which is something that is understandable, however upon receiving 2 plates of our food (which were cold) we waited an additional 15 minutes for the other food to arrive. We had to ask twice for the toast that was served with the breakfast.The service was just utterly terrible and very disappointing for a new shop like yours. There are no site of any managers walking around attending to people's needs, the waiters stand around not attending to their tables and the food / drinks take forever to receive. Even the bill took about 20 minutes after we had to ask twice for it.
