Terrible Service

On Saturday, my boyfriend and I decided to have lunch at Panarottis ( Gateway Branch) as we were fasting and having a pizza seemed like a good choice. Upon arriving, we were rudely greeted by the hostess who took us to our table, gave us our menus and left. After some time our waiter came to take our order to which we waited close to an hour for. Our waiter checked on us once and was not seen until we had to leave andsearch for him in order to obtain our bill. Restaurants are meant to be an escape for individuals and it is extremely sad that staff of this restaurant are so ***********, rude and unhelpful. I will not recommend any one to this branch nor will I ever order a meal or sit in again. The service is utterly pathetic to say the least
