terrible service

my family and I went out for dinner at panarottis the grove and had the worst experience ever, from waiting 30 min to be seated the the cold pizza and waiting 45 min for pizza and the lack of variety then waiting half an hour for our drinks. it was a waste of time terrible cold food and the kiddies meal taking an hour to reach our table the finally coming being pipping hot and the nuggets being fried to oblivion and being far to crispy to enjoy let alone to be eaten by kids. it was terrible !
