Terrible/no service

We went to Panarottis Bay West Mall for a family outing we were a group 4 adults and 4 children. We arrived at 18:30 waited to be seated for 30min restaurant was not full but waiter said they can only accommodate a specific nr of tables. After being seated there was no waiter in sight eventually got someone's attention to order drinks and the children's do it yourself pizza. At 19:30 we were still waiting for the childrens pizza and my husband went to the kitchen to speak to a manager, they then got the pizza and kids were helped. We wanted to order food and manager said he would send a waiter. A new waiter arrived and we ordered. By 20:30 we were still waiting, the two babys were crying and we asked for the food to be placed in a take away. This was when we found out that the food order was only placed now and that it would take anather 30min. We spoke to 3 managers without any success as everyone blames something else. By 20:45 we said we will be leaving if the pizza did not arrive within 5min. Manager was very sarcastic and rude. We eventually left by 21:00 without our food. This was two hours later. Table next to us also left without eating. Will never g o back or recommend
