Terrible experience at Panarottis Brentwood Park!

<p>We ordered three of the pizza Tuesday special. After 5 min our waiter returned to inform us that they cannot serve us any chicken dishes as their chicken is too frozen. We then decided to place a new order for other pizzas. Our waiter promised us that we won’t wait longer than 15 min as they weren’t busy.</p> <p>After patiently waiting for 25 min, we noticed during our wait that the staff were socialising in the corner and not paying attention to their customers. The manager didn’t even approach us with an apology or informed us of their progress. This became frustrating and we decided to get up, pay for our drinks and leave.</p> <p>As we started to leave, our waiter appeared with two pizzas. We told him to place the pizzas in take-away boxes as we didn’t want to further waste any more time there. We still ended up waiting another 5 min for the rest of the pizzas. As we were waiting for the rest of the pizzas, I asked a waiter to call their manager. The waiter called the manager through hissing to him from the front counter to the kitchen. The manager did not conduct himself professionally but did however apologise and offered us a free 2lt Coke.</p> <p> </p> <p>Better management is required at this franchise. We are highly disappointed and considering to never go there again.</p> <p><br /> <br /> </p>
