Terrible client service from the manager of Forest Hill

Panarottis Forest Hill: Their manager (Thafazo/Thokozo) - do not know the spelling, has extremely poor customer ethics and he is very rude. In desperation I contacted this branch to ask if they by any chance have an alternative contact number for the Jean avenue branch. Very rudely he said to me: " Go on to Google and find the number" I was so shocked. This is the reply I get after explaining that the number does not work and google does not give an alternative number. This extremely poor client service and it made me wonder if we should even keep supporting the Panarottis chain, seeing that they do not actually value their customers.
