Terrible and slow service.

I went for a meal at Panarottis Ballito Junction , the service was slow and terrible. When be given the pizza toppings , we did not receive any Parmesan and when requesting for the topping it they brought us half frozen cheddar / Gouda ( we could not tell what is was as it was frozen and wet looking). Very disappointed in the service and service as I have not had any prior bad experiences with any of the other branches I have visited.
