Soooo disappointed

I was quite disappointed with our dining experience. After arriving at the restaurant, we eagerly anticipated our meal but ended up waiting nearly an hour for our food. We had ordered two steaming plates of lasagna, rich with layers of cheese and savory sauce, alongside a crispy chicken schnitzel, golden brown and cooked to perfection.

The waiter, while polite, informed us once that our food was "almost ready," but as the minutes dragged on, our excitement turned to frustration. The atmosphere around us was lively, yet it seemed as though the manager was overwhelmed in the kitchen and neglected to check in with the guests. It would have been a nice gesture for him to come out and acknowledge the delay, offering a few kind words to reassure us as we waited. There is no communication with the clients.
