Well first off all I visited panarottis paarl mall. The service is not up to standard. The waiters dosnt know the 10 steps of service. Not enough managers. When I ate last there there was one manager that gave perfect service and quality food and made sure the food is coming out fast even she had to go make the food herself. I don't se her anymore. If there's one manager that need to work there again its Gertruida. Please if U want to see me in that shop again appoint her at panarottis paarl mall. She is excellent. Tue people that's working there now don't have a clue what they doing.
