SO DISAPPOINTED - BAD EXPERIENCE

My partner and I started our love affair over a R20 Panarottis special pizza.<br> When Baywest Mall opened,we could not wait.<br> We recommended them to everybody.<br> On our first visit the owner said he knows the waiters need training.<br> On a later visit, the pizza was burnt right around the edges.<br> We took our neighbours to impress them.<br> What a disaster.<br> We were offered seats right next to the mad hive of activity and noise where the waiters collect their food.<br> There was a four seater booth available but the waiter/manager said no we are five people.<br> So we had to sit outside! In a four seater booth with my nine year old adopted daughter sitting on her own in the two seater booth across from us!!!<br> Promises were made to move us, but it did not happen until my partner had a chat to your less than friendly and accommodating manager, Khanya. Then I tried and then were we moved.<br> Our waiter was MIA. I had to flag down others for water, parmesan, etc. Khanya, later on brought my daughter a type of warm frothy strawberry drink, show of goodwill, since there were also no milk shakes available, and my partner and neighbour had to buy take away milk shakes from the Spur.<br> <br> My love affair with u is over.
