Smoking Area

We went for a normal Saturday breakfast, When we ask for the smoking area they assisted. When we got into the smoking area it smell worst than the dustbin. I ask that they can switch on the air con as it is to hot with the sun. The waitress told me she will try to help but cant make any promises with a attitude. I ask for the manager. With good intentions i advise him either to tint the windows darker or get blinds as it feels like a sauna in the smoking are and it smells like garbage as the windows don't open. The response of the manager is that he cant do anything. What a surprise no service. We order a amurula hot chocolate as it reflects as hot beverages he told me that it is before 10am we cant. I told him we always order it before 10am his attitude so defensive stating we got it right in the past not now. We order cold drink and decided to leave as we are not getting service. When we walked out all the waiters was eating breakfast in in public leaving their service rendered. This was very disappointed when he ask why we leaving i told him i don't want to wait for service if your staff is eating breakfast before assisting us. This is another disappointment at the restaurant
