Showing me away after already being helped

I arrived at Panarottis in Mooirivier Mall at 20h55 tonight, just for drinks actually, and one waiter was in the process of escourting us to a table, when a colleague of his told him that he cannot help me as it is almost 21h00. I usually support this branch at least once per week, since the beginning of 2014, and I find this unacceptable, as we were initially being helped and then shown away because it was almost 21h00.
