Shocking service

I have to say something about the shocking service I received from Panarottis Clearwater Mall.<br> We went for supper on 14 February. It was not that busy, we found a table quickly. We waited a while for somebody serve us. When the waitress arrived....firstly she spoke so badly I could not hear a word she sadi nor what her name was.<br> Upon placing our meal order, my sister requesred half 3 cheese half rib rack pizza. She advised she could not have 3 cheese pizza so she changed it to california and requested a milshake at the same time. 45 minutes later....with no milkshake.....we were told they had no ribs for the ribrack pizza. When we asked why it took her so long to advise no ribs as they really wanted that pizza......wait for it.....we were told to go to Spur if we want ribs! WHAT? I was very close of getting up and just walk out and not pay for the drinks we had. But everybody wanted Pano's pizza so we stayed. Everyone got their meals another 20 minutes later but in drips and drabs.<br> I wish I took the waitress's name down but I think at that time I just had enough. <br> Clearly never going to that Pano's again!
