Shocking service

Absolutely ********** service from the Baywest branch, from rude waiters to management that forgets to place orders . My wife had to wait 30minutes to order takeaway pizza just to get a waiter who doesn’t know the menu, that seems very unprofessional. This branch was never in my good book but to my surprise the service continues to downgrade
