Shocking service

Worst service ever. Get to panarottis cornubia mall. We sit down to have the pizza special. Then we get told that they are now halaal and don't serve any alcohol. I asked if I can go to spur which is next door an have my drinks there and order the meals at panarottis. The waitress told that's fine. I go to spur next door and order my drinks and then get told that I need to go to panarottis to order my meals. I go back to panarottis only to be told that I cannot order my meals and go to spur. I have been asked to go back and forth with no joy. The manager at panarottis ( SUNNY ) was absolutely useless. He has no customer service at all. He told me to finish my drinks next door then come sit at his restaurant . Or just eat at spur. This is absolutely ridiculous. I was pushed from one restaurant to another. The manager at spur( Peter ) was very understanding and accommodating. I am absolutely astonished with the feed back from the manager at panarottis. This will definitely be the last time I will be going there. They should definitely close their doors due to lack of customer service. I will shame them
