Service and Attitude spoils my day.

<p>Today , my family ,about 9 of us drove to panarottis at the Gateway shopping mall Umhlanga, kzn for supper, and I was shocked at the service and attitude by the manager Riaan Pretorius. Firstly when our meal came , we had to eat our pizzas with out any plates, as they took their time to bring it, and every waitress you spoke to , never paid any attention to our requests. And then the Worst thing took place , whilst the waitress was taking away our plates , she spilled an entire glass of water on my shirt , pants , my shoes was even soaked, water had went on my sisters clothes and shoes as well. Even my cell phone was wet in my pocket. I jumped up and was furious with water dripping of me, just then the manager walked pass ,Riaan Pretorius, whilst I was explaining to him what happened, and before I could finish, he said Sorry , turned and walked away, not showing any kind of sympathy, I got the feeling he did not care and was as not interested. Is this how Pavarottis treats its patriots. We had spent over R500 at your store and this was the worst experience. Panarottis is not a small take away ,its a big restaurant . one wouldn't expect poor service. My entire family was disappointed and the worst thing is that we all were going to visit family after supper, but had to change plans as my clothes and sisters clothes were soaked.<br />Very ,Very Disappointed</p>
