Returned food from kitchen re-used

Justin the waiter at Panarottis Pizza at Highveld mall in Emahlaleni / Witbank gave us old and used cheese/chillies/garlic that was used from another table. When confronted him that the serving is less than half. He said he will refill. We had to ask him a few times. By the time I went to the kitchen I saw him refilling our plate again with food that was used from other tables. They do not provide fresh but re-used food. This is now after I caught him out myself. Pretty disgusting. As a client and pizza *****. You will never see me back again at this restaurant in the mall. I am wondering if it is just white people that gets treated like this or everyone.
