Restaurant /toilets are dirty

We went to Panarottis (the second time) on a Sunday to make use of the kids special and they love the food! We sat at a table next to the toilets and play area. The table was sticky, floor dirty you could see it down the hall. The kids went to the bathroom and that was even worse!! Felt disgusted to be eating in those conditions! The service was poor as all the staff were watching soccer on dstv. Tried it out to see if it was better than first experience, but unfortunately even worse. Felt disgusted and dirty when leaving there! In dire need of a spring clean and some management!!!
