Refused to book a table for birthday celebration
<p>Panarottis East Rand Mall refused to assist me in booking a table for 10 adults and 2 children for a birthday celebration. All because they have all you can eat promotion on Thursdays. Very bad attitude from their staff over the telephone. I just think that they don't want business. </p> <p> </p> <p>#PanarottisMustFall</p>

Thank you for getting in contact with us. Panarottis does not take bookings as they have a first come first serve policy. The only time take bookings are for kids birthday parties with the exceptions of promo days such as a the Thursday eat as much as you like. I will address your frustration with the operator so that they this can be explained to customers in a better manner than what you say you experienced.
