rats

Hi, yesterday 21.10.15 i went to Panarrotis pizza pasta in Maponya mall. firstly we waited over 45 mins for our order and the next thing i saw a rat, playing in the play place as i looked again there was a second one. The waiter was bringing a cup of Latte that my boyfriend has ordered. I was so hysterical i am afraid of rats whether dead or alive. To my surprise the waiter was not bothered by me shouting rats, he continued with what he was doing 2 more waiters just passed too not bothered by the rats. I stopped eating as i lost my appetite because now i had my legs up and afraid that those rats might run under our table or something.This is very appalling for a restaurant to have rodents running around and no one being bothered by them. I hope this problem is addressed and attended to.Thank you.
