<p><br />I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the management team at your branch in Panarottis in Mitchell's Plain.</p> <p>I went there with my hubby and friends to celebrate our anniversary on the 25th of July. Despite the fact that we stood long in the queue, which we understood as the shop was fully packed, the hostess was very friendly and even apologized for making us wait for so long. After being seated the atmosphere , the ambience, waitrons and the managers were just amazing.</p> <p>I remember 2 lovely African ladies both wearing spectacles and a guy that we then got to be introduced to as their senior manager Mr Lee who is such a humble fellow.</p> <p>The food was delicious, definition of quality food and was up to standard.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Thank you guys for all the good work and for going out of your way to accommodate us. Keep it up You really made our night a memorable one.</p> <p>We will definitely come back to the store. In fact We have found a new home after the bad service we have received from one of the branches . Keep it up guys.</p> <p> </p>
