****py service

On Saturday 23 November 2023 my family and I went to the Panarottis at Carnival City. Biggest mistake ever, whilst writing out the names of our kids on the name bands, 1 of the waiters comes and holds my second son, touches his face as well, i could clearly see my son was uncomfortable however i let it slide, once again this same waiter now touches my eldest's face again this time i reprimanded him, he pretended like he didn't know what i was talking about, prior to this the guy was busy with a mop and without even washing his hands proceeds to touch my kid!!!!! what kind of people is Panarottis employing?????? They have no sense of hygiene. Not forgetting no ethics, the guy looks at me funny and doesn't even apologize

My 3 year old came to us at the tables and went back to the play area and had to wait outside even thought he asked the attendant to open the gate for him, my husband saw what was going on and went to the play area and asked the attendant what's going on, she then proceeds to tell my husband that she assumed he was waiting for someone in the toilets. We spent over R2000, only to leave this establishment disappointed and angry. We have been to the spur next door and had excellent service. If we had known we were going to receive the ****py service we did we would have rather went to the Spur were I'm sure the hygiene levels is 10 times better
