Putrid Service received on Thursday 28 Jan 2016

I was passing by Pretoria and decided to try the Panarotti's at Jean Road shopping centre in Centurion. Well from the offset the service was awful and putrid. First of all when i got to the door nobody bothered to come and greet me. I mean this is the most crucial aspect of any restaurant. My details were taken. After 20 mins after waiting i was shown my table and from hereon the whole evening went from bad to terrible to putrid. I had to wait 10 mins for my drink order to be served and i was alone. Another 5 mins for my plate to eventually be served pizza which was on your buffet special. I constantly had to ask waiters for more pizza and actually it became very annoying indeed. Even the manager who at once stage was assisting the dishing out of pizza never even bothered to once follow up if all was in order. I watched the kitchen, the sliced pizza would be placed on the \iron serving rack\" and would only be served 5 mins later. Had to wait 15 mins for my bill and eventually had to go pay at cashiers desk as i could not wait anymore. I then asked for the manager and they called Ferdi the operator. I advised he should get runners to assist. He look amazed at me. Will never go back "
