Proper training for staff

Tonight I went to the Brentwood park panarottis in Brentwood park. I was not impressed at how trainee waiters were taught as well as how they were left to swim in the deep end without help. The gentlemen manager was very helpful and was able to help us with our order. Our trainee waiter (Dudu)was a breath of fresh air as a trainee. She was able to obtain our order and assist us with all our requirements. She was present and wonderful and I am sure will go far. I would just like to ask if you could please advise the management to properly train staff before letting them go and make a fool of the self. I come from the food and beverage department as well and only would like to help others in the field. They need to be trained properly and be well advised on all aspects of the restaurant in their duties such as specials and other relevant information.
