Poorest service ever

We got there at around 21:04 with my husband we were from Qwaqwa and needed to sit in to eat however we were told by the lady that they closed for sit ins they just waiting for people already in the restaurant to finish up eating it was surprising because their trading hours as per Google it's9am- 10pm on Tuesdays. I wondered as to whether is because of our race or what. Really ashamed of the service rendered to us. Wouldn't even give a star if I had the option.
