Poor Service / Loyalty points not loaded

Good day

I'm writing this email very disappointed at the level of service given by panarottis maponya mall... Last week Tuesday I took my kids out for some supper the waiting period of having to wait for service to order was hilarious... We waited for more than 35 min... Everything with the food was OK... To top it off we spent almost R500... I know check my loyalty points and see in almost there almost every month or two but my points are never loaded...

I would be also putting this on hello Peter as this is ********** as points could be added to someones profile when I've given my card details... They would do this knowing they don't even give out a receipt... But luckily we used card purchase...
