Poor service from Phumlani@ Secunda branch

Called tuesday @ 9pm to place an order as i was on my way there, (Secunda branch)

Spoke to a guy name Phumlani. he tells me" the kitchen closes at 9 so they clean he cannot take my order, i asked him can i speak to the manager he tells me hold on talks to people in the background starts laughing and drops the phone.

I called back he refuses to come to the phone, and explain why he dropped the phone, the manager came to the phone and wants to take my order, now the kitchen is open again??
