Poor service experiences

<p>We have a very active 3 year old who loves the play area at Nelspruit Panarottis. The atmosphere is great and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, the last two visits were very unpleasant. Several months back we had an incident where the waiter swapped our order with another table. It was resolved, but frustrating. Last night one of our ordered items was out of stock, so instead of first asking us if they could order the item from Spur next door, they put in an order for us at a higher price than their own. They also did not ask about side items to accompany our order. The waiter from Spur replaced the side dish for the order, and then presented the bill to be paid immediately. Then my sad looking pizza came to the table with no salami on it (which was an ingredient ). The waiter did apologise and the pizza was taken back. I got a new pizza 15-20 minutes later. By that time it was late and I took the pizza home as a take away. The whole experience was unpleasant and felt like a huge waste of money, on an evening out with my family. </p>
