Poor Service Experience Panarottis’s N1 City Mall

Extremely poor service my party and I received at your Panarottis N1 City Mall location on Friday, 6 June 2025, at approximately 7:30 PM.

Summary of Issues Our dining experience was completely ruined due to unprofessional service from our server/manager, Andiswa. The following issues occurred: Neglect of Service Duties: • After taking our order, Andiswa spent extensive time on her mobile phone instead of attending to customers • She was responsible for only one table (ours) yet failed to provide basic service • She did not check on us throughout our meal Food Service Problems: • Our pizza sat ready at the kitchen for 20-30 minutes while she was distracted on her phone. • The pizza was ready, but Andiswa was unaware. The pizza arrived lukewarm to cold and was nearly inedible • We had to send the food back due to temperature issues Complete Lack of Customer Care: • We had to request assistance from other staff members • She did not attend to us during the remainder of our visit • We had to get our bill from a different server • When we went to pay at the counter, she disappeared entirely. Impact on Customer Experience This experience has completely destroyed our confidence in your establishment. We live only 10 minutes away and had hoped to become regular customers. However, due to this unacceptable level of service, we will not be returning to your restaurant. It’s sad that one person ruins the whole establishment as customer service is not taken serious.
