Poor Service

On the 25th of January me and my family went to Panarottis Matlosana Mall in Klerksdorp North West. I was disappointed with the service we received there considering that this place is my favorite place. It took time for us ro be seated. When we eventually sat down the manager said a waiter will be with us, but no one came, we were unattended we had to leave and go eat elsewhere. The kids were bumped because we wanted pizza.
