Poor Service Cold Food!

A COMPLAINT ABOUT MR.DELIVERY! We ordered a pizza from Panarottis through Mr.Delivery. First they couldnt find the menu item on their system(MEDITERRANEAN PIZZA). We were called back when they located the item on their system. Order was placed at 6.56pm; with clear instructions that condiments (crushed garlic, parmesan cheese and chopped chilli) should be delivered from the restaurant with the pizza. We also gave clear instructions of where the pizza should be delivered to(there's two entrances to our property)! Pizza arrived at 8.39pm and then it took us a further 20mins to explain to the driver where to go as he was lost; and us going from one entrance to the other to look for the delivery guy!!! Pizza arrived ICE COLD AND WITHOUT THE CONDIMENTS!!! Even though it's printed clearly on the delivery invoice that condiments should be delivered with the pizza! Now I ask you why must I spend R207.64 on a cold pizza and on an incomplete delivery!? Spoke to the branch manager yesterday and have still not received any feedback from them! Utterly disgusted with your service Mr.Delivery!!! NOT SURE IF THE RESTAURANT DIDN'T PACK THE CONDIMENTS OR IF THE DRIVER NEGLECTED TO PICK IT UP?
