Poor service at Panarottis Gakkeria Mall.

I was at your Galleria Mall restaurant today and the service was appalling. My family and I were standing at the front looking at the specials and then stood in the entrance. There was a waitress assisting a client with a take away order and the cashier was busy chatting to a man and did not acknowledge us. We turned around and went somewhere else. No eye contact or acknowledgement. Very disappointing.
