Poor Service

On the 24.04.2021. We went to Panarottis in Clearwater and I must say that the experience we received was very disappointing. We orders a family size pizza takeaway and we waiting close to an hour for it. It seemed like they had forgot our order because the lady that took the order called me about 30 min later to confirm the order again then went back to the kitchen then we waited for another 20 min to get the order. When we eventually got the pizza they didn't eve bother giving us the normal garlic, chilly and cheese container as per usual.
