poor service

On saturday 11.05.2024 i took my sister for breakfast as it was her birthday. We ordered the palemero breakfast (R99.00 each by the way) only for her eggs and mushrooms to be cold, the chips on both our plates were so little we could count it. I asked the waiter to reheat her food, upon return we saw that they gave other eggs which was raw. we retuned the food again. By this time our beverages was also cold which we asked to be reheated. I also noticed ****roaches on the top part of the bench by the plants as we sat right at the back in the second last row. I said nothing as it was my sisters birthday and the food was already such a disappointment.
