Poor Service

We went to Panarottis Bay West last Thursday for the All you can eat special. <br> <br> We waited 20 minutes to receive our first slice , thereafter 20 - 40 minutes per slice, the waiters were uncoordinated, they start at the same table each time, and the pizza was finished by the time it reached our table every time, we had to call on waiters several times, at the end of the evening I received 5 slices and my wife only 4. At R69 a pop this is a complete rip-off. Another bother is the fact that they make customers wait in a line even though there are about 8 tables / booths vacant at the outside of the shop, everytime they use the same excuse for not making use of these tables , the staff did not pitch.
