Poor Service

On Thursday 03 June 2021 we went to the N1 City Mall restaurant. On arrival it was loadshedding in the area. We then waited in a line as we were 2nd in the line. When the doors finally opened customers came after us were allowed to proceed first. Not asking who was there first asking customer to line up they were just allowed to go in. The waitress then came and took our order this is now my parents and I that were there. We ordered 2 cupacino's and 1 latte. First off all this arrived cold. I placed our food order with the drinks. After serving customers that arrived after us I called the waitress to ask her about our order and she went to check but it was chaos. I then asked for the manager who then came didn't even listen to me properly just mumbling with an arrogant attitude that the food is on it's way. Not very polite and friendly though. The order then arrived, what a disgrace first off all our food being served on what you can call "chopping board" how unhygienic, and filthy this looked. Not to talk about the size of the breakfast pizza's we ordered. This actually spoiled my whole appetite. I refuse to be served in a manner like that!!! Another lady not sure whether she is also a manager came and I explained to her. This was supposed to be a spoil for my parents but they were also complaining about the poor disgusting service.
