Poor service

I ordered a dual pizza via Uber eats and was very disgusted on opening the box. Not only was it ice cold but the pizza was in total disarray. I will never consider buying a pizza from you any time soon. I placed my order at 18.13 and only received my pizza at 19. 45. This is totally unacceptable and must admit that your standards are very poor and need much improvement
