Poor Service

We arrived there at 14h00, and were only served after I had to call the manager to take our orders for drinks, 20minutes later, no welcome to Panarottis, no menus, we sat at the table waiting like it was a self-help service. The store was not that busy and the waiters were all crowding in the back chatting not interested in the customers. I thought let me order the food at the same time because the kids are hungry and thirsty, so I did. To my Further discussed, I had to remind the waiter/manager after 30 minutes, hello when can we expect our drinks please, so 50 minutes have past, and no service. What happens, the waiter brings the drinks for us the adults first after I told the manager, please get the kids sorted first. After eventually serving the kids their drinks let see how long the pizza will take. No service, had to ask the manager again, “please can you bring the kids pizza”, another 30minutes later. By This time I was so angry that I felt like getting up and leave. So thinking this could not get worse, another 20 Minutes past and guess what, I once again had to ask the waiter, where are the pizzas that we ordered for the adults….. One pizza arrives, telling me the other one is on the way, the second pizza only get served another 10 minutes later, what a joke.

This have been a total humiliation to my friends and the kids that formed part of my son’s birthday party. How do you ever go back to a business like this????
