Poor poor service

My husband, my Son and I went to the restaurant to celebrate my promotion. We arrived at the restaurant and were seated. We waited for about 20 min and no one bothered to serve us. Not even drinks. We got up and left. Only on leaving we were asked what was wrong. My husband spoke to the manager. We will never ever go to this restaurant again. We went to Spur and received excellent service.
