Poor poor Service

They offer on a Tuesday a buy one get one free pizza. I was told after ordering that it would take approximately an hour. After and hour and a half one of my pizza's was ready and the was not even made. Countless people that arrived after me had left with their pizzas and I was still waiting. I decided that I had waited long enough and was about to walkout when I asked for my money back, both my waiter and the manager apologised and said my pizzas were ready. To my disgust they kept me waiting another 10 minutes in the isle like a fool and still no pizzas. I demanded my money back and left. What poor service. If they cannot handle the clientele they should not offer specials. Lets see if anyone comes back to me
