Poor Management and Bad Service

I took my family to enjoy their Thursday evening special. The meaning of the eat as much pizza as you like is to take time and taste all the different kinds they have to offer. We were offered a total of 6 x different tipes of pizza. All waiters just keep on passing us by and ignored us. After 15 min i eventually caught the attention of one of the managers. He apologized and said will see to this. He brought pizza. Then another 15 min passed were different pizza's was brought around and again we were not offered. After a long time the same manager came around and asked if we are OK which my husband told him no were not and asked him if we were invisible or ghost seeing that we are still being ignored. This is when we requested the bill. We had to pay the full bill. We wasted our time and money and would never go there again. After this I had to buy take-aways seeing that my family was hungry. Why pay a bill of R428.50 if you had no pleasure.
