Poor customer service

Panarotties Musgrave the service i received today was the worst i waited almost 15min for someone to take my order and when it arrived the meat was not well cooked and im very upset about the level of service the waiters portrayed. After i had finished my meal i asked the waiter to give me a take away container and i had to wait another 10min for him to come back with the take away boz and the bill and because i was using my card to make payment inhad to still stand and wait at the till for someone to assist me as the till was left unattended. Im very disappointed in the staff and the service they gave me today and I honestly dont see myself going back there. Today was just the worst😡
