Poor and unhygienic service

My family and I went for supper on Saturday 25/11/2023 as we waiting for our food the server/waiter brings the tray with the cheese, garlic and chilli a few moments after he leaves a ****roach runs over the plate. My husband then calls the guy and another employee comes with him n they kill the thing and wipe it away. When they served our meals my husband then tells the waiter they could atleast give our drinks on the house for the experience we just had the guy then disappeared and did not approach our table again. After finishing we attempted several times to get someones attention so that we could pay. Another employee collected our plates and I asked for a doggy bag for my son's food that he had not finished. We waited a further 15 minutes and still no bill n no container for the food. Finally the original waiter comes and brings the bill n container at this point we asked for the manager who finally appears and we explained our experience and she then wanted to issue us with drinks but we were done and just wanted to leave. This was my 1st time eating in at Panarotti's Kenilworth Centre but it was definitely my last. Food was really amazing but the service was horrible.
