Pizza without Cheese (dry pizza with the sauces only)

Guys we always buy the pizza at eastrandmall Panarottis. We never had a problem with the R200 special until recently. We always order the same pizza chicken & mushroom, however the pizza that we ordered the last time was so dry and not enjoyable. The pizza did not have cheese at all. What is going on guys😭😭😭 this is not acceptable.
