Pizza was cold and the cheese was stale.

On the 19th July Sunday at about19h30 my fiance and I went to Panarottis Wilkoppies In Klerksdorp like we normally do every sunday. On this particular I was honestly appalled by what I saw. The waiter was extremely bland he was mopping the floor right next to us spraying tables with disinfectant right next to where we were eating. The pizza we ordered arrived in no less that 10 minutes from the time we placed the order which was unusual considering the fact that we're regulars at this restaurant. When the pizza arrived it was cold and very crusty like it had been sitting for a long time. The cheese was hard the bacon hard too and it didn't taste freshh at all. I brought this tothe attention of the waiter who just put the pizza in the warmer and brought it back. This exercise didn't help much because now the pizza was harder than it was initially. We also ordered an alcoholic beverage for the both of us which took over 20 minutes to arrive. At this point we were the only people inside at around 8h25pm I didn't understand why service was so sloppy and the food made me sick overnight. I am utterly unimpressed with the slippery service of Panarottis Wilkoppies!!!
