Pathetic service at Canal walk

Currently sitting in Canal walk panarottis, been seated for 30 minutes, I still don't know who my waiter is as no one has come to introduce themselves as the waiter, and neither did anyone offer a baby seat for my baby. Absolutely pathetic service from this branch. Waiter actually did arrive still don't know what his name is, no apology whatsoever. Apalling to say the least.
