Pathetic service!!!

<p>We visited Panarottis Stellenbosch last night and it was surely the last. We were so disappointed in management last night.</p> <p> </p> <p>HOW is it possible to refuse your customers from sauce, Yes people just some Jalapeno or Tabasco sauce!! </p> <p> </p> <p>We refuse to take no for an answer and send the waiter (who was almost in tears due to the fact that all the customers during the day was shooting at her for sauce) to call the manager (His second month of being a manager).</p> <p> </p> <p>Manager rock up saying no sauce will be given. His excuse - terms and conditions apply. I mean really now??? No where does it state no sauce will be given to customers on specails nights. </p> <p> </p> <p>So we said that we would like to cancel (although we all knew our pizza's was already done). The manager send the waiter back to us saying that she will then have to pay for our food? I was like OMW!!!!??</p> <p> </p> <p>Furiously, we all really tried to stay calm - We ask the waiter to just call the manager for the last time......and guess what???</p> <p> </p> <p>Our lovely waiter for the night rocked up with some jalapeno sauce.
