Pathetic service

When a restaurant is open on New Years Day, they should expect to be busy. I went to Shelly Beach Panarottis knowing it will be busy, so i did not expect super fast service. But when you wait for an hour and 20 min for one pasta, then it becomes ridiculous. There were people that came and order after us and got their food in less than 30 min. The lady working in front was not available half the time to ask her for the food and when you asked, all the other people got their food instead of me. I know that it was busy, but be Prepared and make sure that the people who ordered first get their orders as soon as possible, because when I FINALLY received the Alfredo it was already cold! Pathetic!!
